Pauline believes that we are intricately designed and made by God, and our physical, emotional and spiritual health are interconnected. Imbalances in any of these areas can lead to distress. Wholeness and maturity comes through right relationships with God, self, and others.

Reconciliation

The focus and purpose of this inner healing ministry is to reconcile with God, self, and others and come into intimate relationship with God. Our past emotional hurts and wounds often prevent us from relating well to others, God and even ourselves (sometimes we are our worst critics, or we may even hate ourselves).

The Throne of Grace

Are you spiritually hungry and thirsty? Many people have intellectual belief in a “higher power” who some call God, but this belief has not made its way into their heart as of yet. Learn how to pray and receive the benefits made available to the human race through Jesus Christ who experienced the human life and understands our troubles.

Additionally, many Christians have experienced salvation in Jesus Christ and yet continue to feel oppressed and in bondage to certain sins, behaviors, or attitudes and despite many attempts and means to overcome these, they continue to struggle.

All of us have emotional woundedness. Spiritual direction which uses inner healing prayer intervention is one way that the Holy Spirit reveals the core wounds that are the root source of our spiritual “infections.” Once at the source, the Lord will wash and cleanse the wounds and bring His Truth to replace the self-defeating lies we have about ourselves, God and others. Dark oppressive spiritual forces like to surround and feed on these lies. Christ has given Christians power over these forces. When the lies are gone the darkness leaves willingly.

Understanding the Problem

Dr. Terry Wardle provides a simple helpful diagram (depicted below) of the different levels at which the Lord reveals understanding and meets the individual in inner healing prayer. The deepest healing occurs at the original wound which often happened in childhood and hasn’t been thought about for years until the Holy Spirit sheds His light on it.
